Jennifer and Nathan met at a cafe where she was working at a bartender. "I was training a new bartender at Cafe Da-in. He came by to visit with a large group of the new bartender's friends that day. He stood out from the rest because he just stood tall at the end of the bar with his best friend and was quiet compared to the others. After finishing a Long Island, he looked over at me and said "your turn, can you make me a Long Island?" Right then, my serious "manager" face went away, I giggled, then reeled him in with my never ending Long Island" - Jennifer
The Proposal
He took me to 2941 restaraunt. We had a great dinner and he caught me off gaurd (the one day I wasn't expecting it to happen). After we were finished with dinner, we had just ordered dessert. Seconds later, the server brought out a cute slice of cake with a candle lit in it and said "I heard it was someones birthday!" I was very confused and almost turned it away since it was not my birthday, but the server smiled and slowly placed the plate down. As he was putting the plate down, there were words on the plate which said "are you ready for the big question?" I was still confused as I looked up at Nathan and there he was smiling at me all silly and pulled out a box. Shaking a bit, he said "Will you marry please?"
Jennifer and Nathan are adventurous and loving. They enjoy traveling, eating out, Muay Thai and watching their favorite television shows. Jennifer had never considered marriage until meeting Nathan. "He is the most caring man I have ever met. He allows me to be embrace my independence".
